Thanks to Martin Roberts for providing the postcard which was sent from Skegness in 1974 and which reads, "We had a quiet, safe journey up. The size of the camp is overwhelming it would take a month to do it all. The entertainment this week includes Ken Dodd, Norman Wisdom, and one of the tele comedians Bernard Manning. Weather changeable but not too bad."
