Minehead Indoor Pool Windows in 2009 Back

These photos show one side of the original indoor swimming pool with at least one of the viewing windows still in place. This side of the pool faces the seafront side of the camp (where the funfair is now) and originally they would have faced directly out onto the boating lake as there was no outer cladding attached to the building then, as there is now. Swimmers would have been able to look out through the windows and wave to people boating. The complete original pool is still insitu as the Sunsplash pool was literally built inside it.
