The Beachcomber Building at Minehead was left closed to the public and used just for storage after the late nineties rebuild. However, in early 2006, the bulding was demolished in order to make room for the Blueskies apartments. These photos document the demolition and give us a chance to see glimpses of the interior for one last time. The area formerly occupied by the Beachcomber Building can be seen here and has been grassed over as part of the landscaping surrounding the Blueskies apartments.
