These photos show the subway which once connected the train station to the main camp. This is where the road train would run ferrying passengers from the station to the camp until the station closed in 1977. The subway is now blocked in and grassed over at the camp end, 6" deep in water & a storage space for various items which have been discarded. The photos were all taken by Butlins Memories Forum member phill.d, a keen phototographer, and should not be used without his permission.
